Packed with surprises – Good and Bad

The warm cookies in the lobby were a delightful treat. The excellent shuttle service took the stress out of travel. My Queen Room was amazing, and Tarocco shower products were a lovely touch!

I struggled with the key card system. my phone interfered with access multiple times. Additionally, sleeping was disrupted at night due to nearby sirens, making it hard to rest fully.

The shower had great water pressure and stayed warm during my entire stay.

There were no blackout curtains, making it hard to sleep past sunrise.

The indoor swimming pool is beautiful with kites overhead. There are two hot tubs to relax in.

A Memorable Family Celebration!

We celebrated our daughter's birthday here and the staff went above and beyond, providing us with cake utensils on short notice! The hotel is immaculate, and those fresh-baked cookies in the evening made all the difference. Advice, request a room away from the elevator for added peace.

I booked a King Room for one night because I needed to be close to the airport. The location was perfect, just a short shuttle ride away. The shuttle service was quick, and the driver even helped with my bags. I walked into a clean room with a spacious layout. The bed had comfortable pillows, which made for a good night's sleep. I appreciated the fridge that kept my snacks cold and the ample plugs for charging my devices. The shower pressure was fantastic, and I enjoyed using their nice soap. The breakfast selection had some delicious options, but by 7:30, some items had already run out. The only downside was the lack of washcloths in the bathroom. Noise from the busy highway could be a concern, especially if you’re a light sleeper. I’d advise asking for a room on a higher floor if this bothers you. Staff were friendly and always available to help.

The shuttle service was exceptional taking us back and forth to the airport without a hitch. Plus they had breakfast bags ready for us when we left, not even the big hotels do that.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but given the quality, it was worth it.
